Who owns the final designs?

Upon full payment, you own 100% of the final delivered design files. Avenqube retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, EMS, eMerchant Broker, and Payment Cloud — all PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology and processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors. Your full card number, CVV, and bank credentials are never stored by Avenqube — only a secure tokenized reference is retained for subscription billing purposes.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time subscriptions and proportional refunds on project-based work depending on completion stage. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. To request a refund, email billing@avenqube.com with your invoice number.

Question 5

How does subscription billing work?

Accepted Answer

Monthly subscription services are billed automatically on the same date each month using your saved payment method. You will receive an invoice by email before each charge. You can cancel at any time and your service continues until the end of the paid period — no mid-cycle refunds are issued.

Question 6

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A detailed invoice is automatically emailed to you upon payment. It includes the service name, amount, billing period, and transaction ID. If you need a VAT invoice or additional documentation, contact billing@avenqube.com.

Question 7

What happens if my payment fails?

Accepted Answer

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email immediately. You will have a 5-business-day window to update your payment method before service is suspended. Your data and configuration are preserved during this period.

Question 8

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can change your plan at any time by contacting support@avenqube.com. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Question 9

Do you store my credit card details?

Accepted Answer

No. Avenqube does not store, process, or transmit full credit card data on its own systems. All card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. For subscription billing, only a secure payment token is retained — never the actual card number.
